The past two years or so I’ve seen a lot of matcha products. I enjoying watching food videos and in a lot of baking I saw them use matcha. I was curious and started googling. It turns out this green fancy-looking powder is actually green tea leaves. The more I learned about the product the more I liked it and wanted to try it.

First, not all matcha products are the same. If you’re looking for high quality matcha make sure it’s vibrant green in color. Brownish green match is low quality and should be avoided. You’ll also be paying a lot more for high quality green tea powder.

How do you use the powder? You can add the powder to your baked goods or you can create a green drink with it. If you are not a fan of powders or baking you can get capsules or drinks. Make sure that the drinks contain high quality green tea powder and other worthy ingredients.
