I love mason jars! I never knew just how much you can do with them and how organized my kitchen could look until I started using them. If you want to have an immaculate kitchen or any space, use mason jars. Below, you will learn simple trick and ways how to organize with mason jars.
Types of Jars
Mason jars come in a variety of sizes including mini, which means you can easily find the perfect jar for your needs. There are so many things you can organize with mason jars including:
- Garage nails and screws
- Office supplies
- Art supplies
- Sewing tools
- DIY storage (beads, glitter, rubber bands, etc)
- Bathroom organization
- Handmade soap jars
- Meal prep
You can be as creative as you want with mason jars. You can even plant hebs in your jars or mount them on the wall to display flowers. The way I organize with mason jars is by using them to store my pantry items. I place pasta, beans, and rice out of their packages and put them in the jars instead. The jars look prettier and are easier to access and store in my lazy Suzy.
For the garage I started separating all the different nails, nuts and bolts that I could find. This way when my husband starts creating stuff he has all the nails and screws on the shelf.
Glass mason jars are beautiful, durable and practical. You can store everything from food supplies to your DIY craft tools to candy and everything in between. When you start to organize with mason jars you’ll soon realize just how far you can go and repurpose the jars. Another tip, save any store bought jar and reuse it for storage. Jars from sauces, pastes or jams are all great and can be repurposed. Once you’re done organizing your jars in one room, you’ll want to move on to the next. The process is quite addicting.
